Catering at Capers focuses on a seasonal menu with the freshest local produce to create a menu to suit your special occasion. If you are having an intimate wedding, Capers can cater for up to twenty seated guests or a standing cocktail function for up to fifty guests.

Secluded, peaceful, indulgent and private, it is an ideal setting for your family and friends to reside whilst enjoying the wineries of the Hunter Valley. Alternatively host an intimate wedding for 60 in the private Redleaf Barn or larger numbers with a marquee in the gardens. Steeped in tradition, the church and idyllic rural surroundings offer many romantic photographic opportunities.
